The Booking System
The Holray Booking System is a comprehensive booking system designed to support the needs of small to large businesses involved in the provision of rental units (boats, caravans, chalets etc.) Initially designed for the hire-boat business the system has been expanded to incorporate holiday camps, camp sites, cottage lets and caravan parks.
We currently manage installations with a single site and 10+ boats to another with 15+ users at 5 sites booking in excess of 1500 units.
In 2009 our booking systems booked over 11,500 holidays worth over £11 million.
Because the booking system is delivered over the internet there is no software to install and you don't need any special servers to run it. We manage everything apart from actually taking the bookings and if you use our web modules the booking system will even do that. You can access the booking system from anywhere; home, the office or at the boatshow.
The booking system is continually being developed so enhancements and new features are released periodically. You will automatically receive these updates without needing to do anything.
All our customers are on the same version of the software so you will never suffer from "being on the wrong version".
As the booking system has grown, we have integrated with more providers in the market and the system can now link with:-
- Hoseasons
- Waterways Holidays including integration for on-line bookings.
- Holidays in the UK.
