Automated Emails and Remote Support
Here you can set up your automated letters to be emailed whenever a booking is made or a payment is taken. Alternatively, you can print them off and send them through the post. You will also find our remote support application here if you get into difficulty.
Under File Manager you can view and edit all of your letters and emails, and create folders. Click on the diamond next to a file name to open the menu.
Click on edit to open the text editor.
Here you can create or edit your own letters. Mergefields (listed in ‘mergefields.txt’) automatically insert data from the booking when the document is printed or emailed. Alternatively, you can upload your existing documents as .txt files.
